U.S. EB-5 Investor Program - Benefits and Requirments to Apply

The benefits of the Program include:

1. no English Language requirement
2. no age requirement
3. no minimum education requirement
4. no management or business experience requirement
5. investor and family can live an work anywhere in the United States
6. children can attend any public school or university for the same cost as US citizens
7. investor and family can travel internationally

To qualify for US EB-5, an applicant:

1. must make minimum investment of US $500,000
2. must not have any disqualifying US immigration background
3. must not have a criminal record or background (police record check)
4. must provide detailed documentation for source of funds for the investment
5. must be in good health (no Serious illness/diseases or mental disorder)

What is a Regional Center?

A Regional Center is an organization or agency that has been approved by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Each Regional Centre is eligible to receive immigrant investor capital to promote economic growth, improved regional productivity, job creation, and increase domestic capital investment. The investment is US$1 million but can be reduced to US$500,000 where the investment is being made in  targeted employment areas. This is especially attractive because investors are not required to actively manage the business they invest in, they simply rely on indirect jobs within the regional center rather than directly hiring 10 employees.
