Step By Step Application Process of Quebec Investor Program

• Complete the Assessment Form to determine applicant's eligibility
• Canadian International will process the required application forms for applicant and send them to Quebec Investor program officials
• An interview will be scheduled with Quebec officials at the applicable overseas Quebec immigration office
• Canadian International will arrange for a Quebec lawyer to prepare applicant for interview and to accompany applicant to the interview with Quebec officials
• After successful interview, Quebec official will issue a notice of interest to issue Quebec Selection Certificate to advise applicant to make required CAD$400,000 investment within 120 days
• Once investment is made, Quebec government will issue a guaranteed government bond to be held in trust by Computershare
• Applicant's file will be submitted to Federal government for final review and decision
• If there are no criminal, security or medical problems, the permanent resident visa will be issued
