Applicants will need to go to PEI to obtain a Community Endorsement letter from the community that they have chosen
If PEIPNP accepted your EOI, then they will issue Invitation to Apply (ITA)
Have up to 60-day to submit application to PEIPNP official
If your application is accepted, PEIPNP will invite you to attend an interview with PEIPNP officials
After successful interview, PEI-PNP officials will issue Work Permit support letter
Applicant will need to use the Work Permit support letter to apply Work Permit Visa, once this is completed, and visas are obtained, applicant and family can move to PEI to open his/her business in accordance to the business plan
After 1 year of successful operation of the business in PEI, PEIPNP will issue Nomination letter
Per Federal Government guide, and the application package will be submitted to Case Processing Centre in Sydney Nova Scotia
If there are no criminal, security or medical problems, the permanent resident visa will be issued
