This offering intends to raise US$8 million to be loaned to support the construction of a Cermak Grocery store located in the geographic area covered by Wisconsin-Illinois EB5 Regional Center, Inc. (WIRC) approved by USCIS on October 31, 2013. It is also located in a targeted employment area that qualifies for the US$500,000 investment level of the EB5 program. This EB5 Loan amount is $8 million from 16 investors
The Developer has acquired land with an area of approximately 6 acres at corner of South 1st Street and East Greenfield Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Developer will build, pursuant to specifications provided by Cermak, a 46,000 sqft fresh food market to be leased to Cermak Fresh Market. The total cost of the Project will be $10.2 million including land, construction, leasehold improvements, and soft costs.
